We are well established, fast growing, private dental office ready to welcome new staff member for a full time Dental Front Desk position to join our friendly team. Our office focuses on patient oriented services provided in our state-of-the-art office with a modern layout that offers a very comfortable work environment.
The available position is from Monday – Friday, NO WEEKENDS.
Our front desk team is a face of our office. They create first impression and set the tone of every patient visit. We are looking for a candidate with high energy, self- motivated, organized with strong dental front desk experience to join our team. Right candidate must have a pleasant, professional manner, positive attitude with ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.
Responsibilities

Greeting and registering patients
Answering and managing incoming calls
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Managing patient records
Collecting and processing payments
Checking insurance eligibility

Skills

Proven previous experience will be highly regarded
Knowledge of dental insurance process
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
High school diploma
