Job Description
We are a top rated dental office in Kenosha. We are a small family owned private practice with one doctor. You will find nice working conditions and pleasant staff to work with. You will have less than 8 patients a day and another assistant helping you. This is a part-time position for 3 days Monday-Wednesday. with an optional Thursday. There are growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone with great soft skills and positive attitude. You should be well-organized with great attention to detail and willing to learn. Dental assistance experience is preferred, but not required. Come grow your career with us.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients in the dental office
Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Enter treatment plan in Open Dental software
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Keep the dental room clean
Keep the office area clean
Answer the phone
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
