Our dental practice near downtown Los Gatos is on the lookout for a dynamic Front Office Coordinator. If you’re committed to delivering exceptional service and enjoy being part of a patient-focused team, this position could be just what you’re looking for!
Work Hours: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:

Setting a positive tone by ensuring a relaxed and efficient check-in for every patient
Scheduling appointments
Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
Assisting with X-rays and room setup/breakdown (a valuable bonus but not required)

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a dental office is a plus (Dentrix)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
