More Smiles Wisconsin (MSW) is looking for a compassionate dentist who has an interest in community health to join our team on a full or part-time basis. Since 2009, More Smiles Wisconsin, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dental clinic, has been committed to providing affordable dental care to low-income residents in South Central Wisconsin living in Dane and surrounding counties.
This is a full or part-time position, your choice! This position comes with an 8-hour work day (8:00-4:00) as well as a one-hour paid lunch break. An hourly base rate of pay of $100 is being offered with either position. Note that benefits listed are offered for the full-time position only, which equates to 32 hours per week.

Position Responsibilities:
ââ Provide direct dental care and treatment for patients including diagnostic, restorative services, and extractions and other services to your level of comfort and capability
ââ Provide care in a manner that effectively and positively approaches a patientââ¬â¢s needs and concerns; including disabled or special needs patients
ââ Maintains and keeps accurate clinical dental records using a paperless dental software charting system
Required Qualifications:
ââ Graduate from an accredited dental school with D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
ââ License to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin
ââ An understanding and compassion for those affected by poverty
