This established practice has approached us to assist in finding the right candidate who can provide outstanding dental care and contribute to their team of skilled professionals.

This full-service dental office is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for the entire family. From children to seniors, the practice offers a wide range of restorative procedures, including fillings, general restorations, and crown and bridge work. The office is also in-network with major insurance providers such as Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna, ensuring patients receive quality care at affordable rates.

Practice Highlights

Experienced Team: The practice has 2 providers, 2 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, and 2 administrative staff members. Each dental assistant has over 3 years of experience and is assigned to support a specific provider.
State-of-the-Art Facility: Equipped with 7 operatories, the practice efficiently handles a high volume of patients while maintaining a welcoming and patient-focused environment.
High Production and Collection Rate: The practice is highly productive, with a strong collection rate and impressive monthly collections.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Must have a valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, effective task delegation, and a proactive approach to patient care.
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
