```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the comfort of our patients. If you have a passion for dentistry and excellent patient care, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures - Sterilize and disinfect instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist - Take and record vital signs of patients - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Perform basic dental laboratory procedures ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program - X-Ray certification - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments - Familiarity with medical coding and documentation systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality Join our team of dedicated dental professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
