Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team 2 days/week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a professional and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities- Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists with procedures- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Administer local anesthetics- Conduct patient screenings, including assessment of oral health conditions
Skills- Proficiency in general dentistry practices- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques- Familiarity with dental terminology- Ability to assist in dental procedures- Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus- Competence in taking vital signs accurately- Understanding of medical documentation requirements- Strong anatomy knowledge for oral health assessment- Skilled in patient assessment for treatment planning
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 17 per week
