Our outstanding state of the art fully digital brand new pediatric dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are a pediatric dental group practice serving the kids and families in Santa Clarita and beyond. Our newest location is in Newhall where the position is based at.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic bilingual (fluent in Spanish/English) individual who can be the face of the practice at the front desk. Extra-ordinary communication and people skills and positive demeanor is required. Ability to multi-task and comfort in using technology and computers is desired. Cross-training with back-office dental assistant experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Helping patients check-in/check-out, treatment planning, dental insurance related work, scheduling/confirming appointments, being proactive about booking appointments, marketing (both internal and external).
