Copper Dental is a small business in McMinnville, OR. We are a professional, modern office looking to expand our team.
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist with various procedures and provide excellent patient care in a dental clinic setting. Must work well in a team setting (including our office dogs) while also being able to work independently. Active State of Oregon license and x-ray certification required. Experience and/or Spanish proficiency is preferred and will reflect a higher pay.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Assist dentist during procedures such as X-Rays, endodontics, prosthodontics, impressions and general dentistry
- Utilize dental software (Eaglesoft) for patient records management
- Provide chair-side assistance to dentist in various dental procedures
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with pediatric patients as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in X-Ray procedures
- Experience with EagleSoft or similar software
- Knowledge of prosthodontics and general dentistry practices
- Familiarity with pediatric dental care
- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry techniques effectively
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control measures

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
