## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. Must be excellent at team work as well as working independently. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including Invisalign and CEREC, take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays), and perform various laboratory duties. Will work independently placing retraction cord, making temporary crowns, doing sealants, etc.
## Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and maintain equipment
-Inventory control
-Manage patient relationships and follow up
- Take and record medical and dental histories
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
## Requirements
-Prefer certified DA2 but will consider DA1
- Understanding of infection control protocols in a dental setting
- Previous experience or education in dental assisting is required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 36 per week
