You are extremely personable and friendly, great at multitasking, and understand the importance of keeping on time in a fast-paced environment. You create the necessary efficiency and increased productivity within the doctor schedules of the office by creating an exceptional patient experience. You strive to achieve doctor production goals by maintaining a smooth and productive flow of patients throughout the day. When not working with patients or maintaining sterile equipment/instruments, your help in other areas of the practice is expected. Patient satisfaction is your number one priority, as you are generally the first and last person a patient will see clinically. Requirements:

Current Washington State Board RDA Licensure required; active RDA license
At least 6 months Dental Assisting minimum experience preferred
Ability to make temporary provisionals, pack retraction cord, and capture accurate impressions
Maintain annual OSHA, WISHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules
Must have high ethical standards and value patient care above all else
Must love to work amongst a team of other highly skilled and motivated dental professionals
Must be a service-oriented, team-player that maintains a positive attitude
Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
