Hey All Lovely Dental Assistants ! Our Family Practice is growing and we would love for an Assistant to join our team and grow with us. We are located in Kent Station with plenty of shops, restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere! We offer General Dentistry services and value adds such as Invisalign, Botox and Whitening. Our team takes pride in upholding the high standard of care as we serve our patients and community. We are a growth oriented practice that heavily invests in team CE's and trainings and provide a well challenged and a fun environment. **Responsibilities:**



Assist the dentist during dental procedures with efficiency and precision
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as needed. Familiarity with intraoral scanners preferred.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records accurately
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic at all times



**Requirements:**



High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a dental assistant program or equivalent work experience
X-ray certification is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Compliance with EEOC guidelines regarding criminal background inquiries
