Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base and collaborate with our experienced team to deliver exceptional dental services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Administer dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and best practices
- Comply with all safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Continuing education and willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Proficiency in dental implants is a major plus

Pay Structure:
- $700 Daily Minimum or 30% of production
