Job Description

Duties include:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take dental x-rays- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records- Assist with front office duties, such as answering phones and handling patient inquiries
Skills- Assisting: Proficient in assisting the dentist during various dental procedures- Infection control: Knowledge of proper infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment- Vital signs: Ability to take and record vital signs accurately- X-Ray: Competency in taking dental x-rays and ensuring proper positioning for diagnostic purposes- Dental assisting: Proficiency in chairside assisting techniques and dental instrument handling- Medical records: Experience maintaining accurate and organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations- Aseptic technique: Understanding of aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination during procedures
Experience desired but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule required:

Mondays through Wednesdays 9:30 am-7:30 pm
Saturdays 9:30 am- 4:00pm

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
