Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Specialist or General Dentist who enjoys treating kids to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to pediatric dental health, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventative care, and educating children and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients
Perform dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other procedures
Develop treatment plans and communicate them effectively to parents and caregivers
Educate children and parents on maintaining good oral health and preventative care
Ensure a positive and anxiety-free experience for young patients
Collaborate with our team to provide the highest standard of care
Stay updated with the latest developments in pediatric dentistry
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license
Pediatric Dentistry certification (for Pediatric Specialists)
Experience or strong interest in treating pediatric patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
