Ready to join an innovative dental team? 386 Dental Studio has an opening in their established, modern, and growing practice! We need a stellar Dental Assistant to join our team.
We care for patients Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Our culture is obsessed with patient experience. Just bring your A-game in patient care, organization, and attention to detail. We want someone who can handle patient care like a champ and keep things running smooth.
Our office? Totally modern, totally fun. We're packing all the latest tech for both our team and our awesome patients.
Our group? Private practice group of 4 offices in the Nashville area. Well established and connected, you will have a great team of supportive and positive peers! We value our team and offer work life balance in the form of great schedules, a PTO package, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Captain of the patient experience.- Craft a seamless experience by expertly preparing patients for their treatments or exams.- Prepare for each patients arrival including set up of instruments, equipment, and materials.- Keep our instruments squeaky clean and sterilized while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.- Form a dynamic duo with our dentist through skillful 4-handed dentistry.- Extend your care by providing clear and comprehensive oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions, ensuring our patients are well-informed and at ease.- Champion accuracy by maintaining up-to-date and precise patient records.- Ensure our patients stay on track with care by scheduling future appointments as needed.- Order and maintain dental supplies ensuring we are always stocked and ready for our patients.
Skills:
- Proven track record as a skilled and compassionate dental assistant, showcasing a wealth of experience in delivering top-notch care.- A keen grasp of health and safety regulations - OSHA / HIPAA- Tech-Savvy with a knack for learning and integrating new software.- A well-organized and reliable team player, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
