Responsibilities:
Welcome & prepare patients for treatmentAssist dentists & anticipate dentists’ needsEnsure patient comfort before, during & after treatmentEngage & form a genuine connection with patientsDismiss patients & provide post-operative care instructionsSet-up & breakdown of operatoriesSterilization, lab duties, ordering supplies & equipment maintenancePerform other duties as needed to support dentists, team & patientsParticipate in the achievement of practice goals & objectives
Requirements (for Registered Dental Assistant)
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Dental AssistantX-Ray Certification & experience taking impressionsComputer competence with digital charts and scheduling softwareConfidence to accurately address patient needs and concernsOpen-minded, willing to learn & eager to succeedWorks well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong work ethic with team player attributesMeticulous attention to detail
