Front Desk Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator
Duties:
-Front Desk Receptionist/Back up Treatment Coordinator- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients- Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans- Providing information about treatment options, procedures, and costs- Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing- Maintaining patient records and updating information as necessary- Collaborating with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations- Following up with patients to confirm appointments and address any concerns or questions
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a friendly and professional demeanor
