Position: Surgical Dental Assistant
Location: Advanced Periodontics and Implantology in Livonia and Plymouth, MI
Hours: Mondays & Thursdays, 8 AM - 5 PM at our Livonia Location, Tuesdays, 8 AM - 5 PM and Fridays, 8 AM - 3PM at our Plymouth Location.

Your Role:


As a Surgical Dental Assistant at Premier Periodontics, you will be an integral part of our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Assisting our periodontists during surgical procedures.
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
Ensuring patient comfort and care before, during, and after procedures.
Managing patient records and documentation with precision.
Educating patients on postoperative care and oral hygiene.


Requirements:


Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in a dental setting is a REQUIREMENT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Pay will be based on experience.
