## Job OverviewWe are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
## Duties- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation- Handle insurance verification and billing tasks- Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of care plans when interacting with patients
## Qualifications- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation review- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
