Job Description
Responsibilities:- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide preventive care- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Experience:- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a licensed dentist- Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry- Familiarity with dental office procedures and workflows- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols- Experience with medical documentation and coding systems- Ability to perform patient assessments and interpret medical imaging results- Strong understanding of human anatomy as it relates to oral health- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic health record systems is a plus
