Brea, Chino, Corona, Covina, Ontario, Perris, and Riverside

Job Duties:

Build trust with parents and team members.
Evaluate dental needs, determine appropriate treatment plans, and perform treatments.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements

Graduated with a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active CA Dental Board License.
Active DEA and CPR certificates.
Dentical provider number is a plus (we will sponsor your Dentical enrollment if you do not have one).
Malpractice insurance
1099 required
Flexibility with on-call schedule
