Job Description:
As the Front Office Assistant/Manager, you will be a leader of our office operations, ensuring that every logistical and administrative task is handled flawlessly. Your role will include:
Managing daily front office operations including appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and reception duties.
Assisting billing processes, insurance verification, and financial arrangements to ensure accuracy and patient satisfaction.
Leading marketing efforts, including social media management, ad placements, and direct mail campaigns.
Engaging in special projects that promote clinic growth and enhance patient care
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Collaborating with staff to provide a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in dental office administration or a similar role, with the ability to oversee a wide range of administrative tasks.
Proficiency in dental practice software, particularly Eaglesoft, to streamline operations and enhance patient service.
Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for nurturing a positive workplace culture and driving team performance.
Strong emotional intelligence, with an ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team environment.
