## Job OverviewWe are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at a busy dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. We are currently in need of someone 3 days a week (Mon-Wed) with flexibility to pick up additional days as needed.
## Duties- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Utilize Dentrix software to update patient records and schedule appointments- Verify insurance information and process payments- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area- Assist with Dental scheduling and coordination of patient flow- Collaborate with the Dental office team to ensure efficient operations
## Qualifications- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a dental office setting is preferred- Proficiency in using Dentrix- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Strong administrative and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
