The Patient Advocate is responsible for ensuring that patients looking for dental treatment understand their options and receive the highest quality care.



To qualify for consideration, candidates will possess confident phone skills; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and excellent work ethic.



The Patient Advocate Role:


This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to educate patients on dental options and closing skills to book consultation and other appointments.
Manage a follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and follow up on patients who may have delayed scheduling an appointment for consultation.
Participate, as needed, in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and other team members.
Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards (manage KPIs).
Maintain professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Have a positive outlook and a passion for what we do!



Qualifications:


A quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
Strong communication skills (2-3 years of experience in dental reception or sales).
An outgoing and confident approach.
Experience using a tracking system.
