MUST BE AN EXPRIENCED ORTHODONTIST ASSISTANT
Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant that is familiar with ORTHO as well to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing high-quality care to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth dental procedures and patient satisfaction.
Duties:- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop X-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Perform lab tasks under the supervision of the dentist
Experience:- Prior experience in a dental clinic setting preferred- Knowledge of general dentistry procedures- Familiarity with medical coding and terminology- Proficiency in infection control protocols- Understanding of HIPAA regulations- Ability to work with dental systems and assisting tools
Skills:- General dentistry knowledge- Strong grasp of infection control practices- Familiarity with medical terminology- Understanding of HIPAA regulations- Experience in a dental clinic environment- ORTHODONTIC dentistry skills- Ability to work with dental systems and assisting tools
