We are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated Dental Assistant who is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives to join our team at Westside Pediatric Dentistry!

Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year dental assisting experience, but that is not a deal breaker. We are willing to train on the job if you are the right fit! Should be x-ray certified and maintain CPR certification. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Open Dental is a plus, but not required.

Duties:
- Assist dentists during procedures, including four-handed dentistry techniques- Maintain medical records and document patient information accurately- Handle prosthodontics procedures efficiently- Utilize medical imaging systems for diagnostics- Support general dentistry and pediatric dental care- Apply knowledge of anatomy in dental procedures- Perform medical coding tasks accurately
Skills:
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques- Experience with medical records and documentation- Knowledge of prosthodontics procedures- Familiarity with medical imaging systems- Ability to assist in general dentistry and pediatric care- Understanding of anatomy for dental applications- Competency in medical coding
