We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our dentists and hygienists, ensuring a positive experience for our patients. The successful applicant will have experience in general dentistry and will be comfortable working with children.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and hygienists with various clinical procedures.- Provide vital signs and medical records management.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental documentation.- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient and safe patient care.- Assist with medical imaging and prosthodontics as needed.- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with scheduling.- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the clinic.- Provide excellent patient care and communication.- Collaborate with the dental receptionist to ensure seamless patient flow.
Skills
- Proven experience in general dentistry and dental assisting.- Knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals.- Familiarity with medical records and the ability to manage them accurately.- Understanding of medical imaging and medical documentation processes.- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques.- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent patient care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.95 - $21.32 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
