Job Description
Part time Dental Assistant needed to join our team.
Looking for a reliable, energetic, out going individual who is a team player and puts the patient's needs first. We are a smaller office with one Dr. and no drama!
3 months experience or graduated from an accredited Dental Assisting program.
Position is 2 days/week, preferred hours would be Tuesday and Thursday 7:45-5:00 but negotiable. No weekend, no evenings. Benefits include personal time/vacation/Holiday pay and dental care. Hourly pay negotiable/ based on experience.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Chairside assisting, tear down/set up
Disinfection and sterilization
Taking x-rays
Charting procedures in patient file
Lab work as needed
General assistant back office duties
Assist front office with filing, and phone communications with patients.
X-ray and coronal polishing certification preferred but not required.
