Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality care and oral hygiene guidance to patients, contributing to their overall dental health.
Responsibilities:- Perform full range of hygiene services and assist dentist with exam documentation- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take and develop dental x-rays, digital.- Administer local anesthetics, occasional use of N20.
-Track and coordinate referrals made to specialty groups
-Manage hygiene instruments and supplies- Conduct screenings for oral cancer and periodontal diseases- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Skills:- Proficient in documentation via Dentrix Ascend, (we can train).- Knowledge of oral anatomy and dental terminology-Ability and willingness to interact with patient verbally, regarding conditions found and care required.- Familiarity with dental records management, including HIPAA regulations- Knowledge of general dentistry procedures- Understanding of infection control practices in a dental setting.

Pay: $46.00 - $50.00 per hour
