Who We're Looking For

• Experience with PMS systems (preferably Dentrix)

• Experience presenting Treatment plans

• Experience handling billing and insurance eligibility

• Excellent Customer service and calling skills

• Preferred past experience with managing staff

Responsibilities

• Insurance Billing

• Managing Schedule and making sure it is full

• Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients

• Making Recare calls
• Front Desk responsibilities
