About the Role: As a Lead Dental Assistant at Denver Dream Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dental care. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervision and Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of dental assistants, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Patient Care: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Clinical Coordination: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of dental instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Administrative Duties: Coordinate patient scheduling, manage inventory, and maintain accurate patient records.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to optimize patient care and office efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years as a lead dental assistant.
Skills:
Outstanding patient care.
Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including full mouth X-rays, fabrication and adjustment of temporary crowns, impression taking (both digital and traditional), and model and appliance fabrication.
Understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Competence in medical documentation and patient assessment.
Experience with sterilization techniques and maintenance.
Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
Good communication with dental laboratories and suppliers.
Very organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to constantly improve our operations.
Certifications: CPR certification and current radiology certification.
