Your Role and Responsibilities:
Support holistic and biological dental procedures, utilizing state-of-the-art digital technology for diagnostics, treatment planning, and dental fabrications.
Engage with patients, providing education on the importance of integrating oral health with overall wellness.
Contribute to a positive, transformative patient experience, embodying our practice's core values in every interaction.
Assist the dentist/specialist during dental procedures
Take digital dental x-rays, including Panoramic and CT Scan
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Perform laboratory tasks, such as digital scanning, lab case tracking and fabricating
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Treatment presentation and coordination
We're Looking For:
Certified Registered Dental Assistant with experience and a strong interest in holistic and biological dentistry.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to build relationships within the community.
Team player who values transformation, both in personal growth and in the pursuit of our practice's mission.
Experience:
Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred (with a background in periodontics and/or oral surgery and prosthodontics)
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
Proficiency in dental/medical imaging, including taking x-rays, intra-oral photos, and CT Scans
Understanding of anatomy and oral health principles
Ability to accurately record vital signs and medical documentation
