Job Description
Job Title: Dental Assistant
Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing high-quality care to our patients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where patient care is paramount.
Responsibilities:- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Take and develop dental x-rays- Sterilize instruments and equipment- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records using - Provide support in various dental procedures including and - Utilize <3D scanner> technology for accurate dental impressions- Familiarity with or similar electronic health record systems- Knowledge of and - Experience with or similar dental practice management software
Qualifications:- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program- X-ray certification preferred- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor- Ability to work well in a team environment- Prior experience in in a dental setting is advantageous- Comfortable working with patients of all ages, particularly in
