Job Description

Precision Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, vibrant, front office assistant. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, responsible, friendly and a TEAM player. You will be asked to bring a can-do attitude, a proactive nature, a strong sense of ownership and integrity, and the constant desire to learn and grow.

Dental Specialty:

• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Patients
• Benefits and Eligibility
• Answering and Directing Calls
• Review all incoming emails and corresponding
• Coordinating Meetings
• Maintain and Accommodate All Guests/Patients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• CPR (BLS) certified
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Highly motivated
• Looking for a long-term commitment

** DSN Practice Management System experience a plus
