Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team. As an RDA in our fee-for-service practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Taking a digital radiograph, digital intraoral scan, CBCT
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Ensuring patients are comfortable, informed, and well-cared for throughout their visits.
- Providing post-operative instructions as prescribed by the dentist.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educating patients on oral health care and preventative practices.
- Managing dental supplies and inventory.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role, preferably in a fee-for-service setting.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
