Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team. As an RDA in our fee-for-service practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Taking a digital radiograph, digital intraoral scan, CBCT
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Ensuring patients are comfortable, informed, and well-cared for throughout their visits.
• Providing post-operative instructions as prescribed by the dentist.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educating patients on oral health care and preventative practices.
• Managing dental supplies and inventory.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role, preferably in a fee-for-service setting.
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
