Overview:We are seeking a to join our team at a thriving dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience with dental office operations and possess knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling systems.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing- Maintain electronic health records using systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient care- Handle administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental clinic
Experience:- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures- Knowledge of phone systems and customer service best practices
