Job Description

We are looking for a full time front desk person to join our work family that is seeking a long term position in a growing full service practice. We have the latest technology and a commitment to giving the best care to our patients. Patient experience, satisfaction, and relationship building are top priorities with our team. We have an excellent team (everybody has everybody's back), a great POSITIVE working environment (We work hard together and have fun doing it. We also play hard together!), and wonderful patients.
This is a very visible and customer service oriented position. Since you will be the “face” of our team, a professional demeanor and excellent self-presentation are required. Our patients always receive the best treatment and this position is important to making sure that every patient leaves our office happy every time. At least two years of experience and experience with Eaglesoft software required. Some of the responsibilities of this position include: answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, collection of fees, billing, filing insurance claims, presenting treatment/financial plans, office supply ordering, and other dental office duties. Office hours are currently as follows:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 8-5
Tuesdays 8-5
Closed on Fridays
Compensation is very competitive and based on experience
