Job Description:
We are seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and root planing. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about patient education and preventive dental care. You will work closely with our dentists to provide comprehensive dental services and maintain optimal oral health for our patients.
Responsibilities:

Conduct dental cleanings and prophylaxis to remove plaque and calculus.
Perform scaling and root planing procedures.
Apply preventive materials to teeth such as sealants and fluorides.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Take dental x-rays.
Assess patients’ oral health and report findings to the dentist.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately.
Assist the dentist during various procedures as needed.
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain cleanliness in the operatory area.
Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records.
Stay updated with new dental hygiene technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Associate degree in Dental Hygiene; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures, protocols, and safety measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familair with Eaglesoft dental software and patient management systems.

Experience:

New graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.

Our fast paced, family-oriented office needs an honest, friendly, and detail-oriented team player to work at our Bellevue office. We can be flexible with your schedule. Pay and benefits negotiable. 401K, bonus, holiday pay, vacation, and PTO.
We have a sterile tech to help with turning over the rooms, perio charting and sterilization. We are open Monday through Thursday. The office is close to Overlake hospital.

Thursday: 8-5

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $73.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
