Job Description

West Michigan Endodontists is searching for a compassionate, friendly, and dependable person to join our growing front office team. In addition to having exceptional communication skills, the candidate should be able to work well with co-workers while maintaining a pleasant and professional composure with our patients.
Job duties would include but not be limited to: greeting patients, scheduling appointments in person and while using a multi-line phone system, verifying and submitting insurance claims, collecting payments, and superior customer service.
Previous experience in the dental field would be beneficial. One must possess computer proficiency utilizing PC-Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and an office management program. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are important attributes.
