**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental practice. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in various dental procedures and possess excellent patient care skills. **Responsibilities:** - Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists during some procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Conduct periodontal charting **Experience:** - Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques - Familiarity dental practice management software - Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Ability to work with dental software for patient charting - Previous experience in dental assisting is a plus - Competency in taking vital signs.
