Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and patient education in a professional dental clinic setting.
Duties:- Conduct dental cleanings and assist with other dental procedures as needed- Perform patient assessments and charting- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care- Maintain and sterilize dental equipment- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications:- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or Dentrix software systems- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus- Knowledge of CAD, medical coding, and patient assessment- Familiarity with dental assisting procedures
