Job Description
Join a well established, busy Practice as a full-time, Associate Dentist located outside of Tacoma, WA. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing dental care services, including diagnosing and treating patients, interpreting x-rays, educating patients about oral health, and performing dental procedures requiring a high degree of skill and accuracy. The Associate Dentist will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, adhering to OSHA and HIPAA regulations, and collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure the best care for patients. Mentorship with local doctor available. CE reimbursement up to $1,000.
Days worked negotiable. Office hours are M,T,TH, F 7-3
QualificationsDental Degree from an Accredited Dental SchoolCurrent Dental LicenseNew Grads welcome to applyExperience in General Dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and oral surgeryStrong knowledge of dental procedures, processes, and terminologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and qualityTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethicExperience with dental software is a plus
Compensation32% production$650 minimum daily guarantee
