Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various dental procedures and provide support to both the dentist and patients.
Duties:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize and disinfect instruments- Assist the dentist during procedures- Take and develop dental X-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program- Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Epic software preferred- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Experience in pediatric dentistry and endodontics is a plus- Ability to operate 3D scanners for dental impressions- Familiarity with medical coding for dental procedures- Competence in assisting with medical records management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.76 per hour
