Warren Family Dental is seeking an experienced dental professional with reception experience. Dental skills and use of Dentrix is a plus. We have a part-time (18-24 hours per week) position open in an upbeat dental office with a team-oriented approach to taking care of patients. Are you ready to challenge yourself? Essential Functions/Responsibilities
-Communications skills in person and via phone, text and email
-Coordinating and Scheduling patients
-Computer problem solving skills
-Self starter that can work without supervision or a task master
-Handling of financial payments, including posting and financial arrangements
-We love it when patients ask questions, are you good at helping them find answers?
-Knowledge of dental insurance, filings and postings, benfits and coverage
-Multitasking and more importantly follwoing through and finishing tasks
-Keeping a pulse on all aspects of the office
-Team communications - success comes from the collective efforts of the individual for the betterment of the team
