Overview:
We are seeking a to join our team at a thriving dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess knowledge of dental office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns- Maintain patient records and update information in electronic systems- Process billing and insurance claims accurately- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software systems- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
