Job Description

Opening available for a receptionist/appointment coordinator at our busy dental practice. Position averages 32 hours per week Monday-Thursday.
Primary job duties include:

Greeting patients by name as they enter the office and distributing necessary forms/paperwork
Responding to patient phone calls and emails promptly
Scheduling doctor and hygiene appointments
Maintaining hygiene recall system
Confirming patient appointments
Entering and processing patient and dental insurance payments

The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organized, and efficient. Must possess good computer skills. One or more years of dental office experience required. Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software is preferred. Experience with clinical dentistry (assisting, sterilization) a plus.
