Job Description
We are a small one doc dental office looking for a front office/back office float. Dental experience very recommended but not necessary for the right candidate - we will train you. It would be awesome if you had an x-ray license to help us on busy days. Main tasks will be answering phones and scheduling, but we sometimes need help in the back as well. Eaglesoft software. Days are Mon-Thurs 7am -3pm

**Duties:**
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental clinic
- Manage patient appointments and update medical records accurately
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Handle insurance verification and billing tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Utilize Dentrix or similar software for patient management
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical or dental office
- Proficiency in handling phone systems and providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with dental office operations and patient scheduling processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
