Modern Dental Office in Rutherford NJ, Looking for a full time cross trained dental assistant with front desk experience to start immediately.MUST HAVE CURRENT DENTAL X-RAY LICENSE.About the office: Please visit our website - Tailormadesmilesnj.com.We are a friendly all female general practice, one doctor, 4 staff.Nice patients,Technology - Digital charts, Eaglesoft software, Hand held x-ray machine, Panoramic machine, Itero scanner, Invisalign, online continuing education. ( Molis teams, and Spear Education).Duties include : assist hygienist with x-rays, set up rooms, sterilization, chairside dental assisting when needed, seating patients, help breakdown and set up rooms., help main dental assistant if needed. Front desk: help with texting patients, confirming schedule, scanning, calling for insurance breakdowns, helping front desk manager with tasks, tracking lab cases.Applicant should be highly organized, a team player, self motivated, good with customer interactions.Hours: ( 30 -35 hours a week)Monday : 8.45 am - 5pmTuesday and Thursday : 9.45 am - 7pmFriday: 8.45am - 3pmAlternate Saturdays 8.45 am -1pm.Salary based on experience.
