Overview:
Our office is in search of a Front Desk Receptionist/Social Media Specialist who possesses a strong work ethic and desires to be part of an extraordinary dental team. We are located in Flemington, NJ in the Sand Hill Professional Building. Hiring immediately.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is outgoing and communicative
- Customer service skills
- Possesses a positive attitude
- Good verbal skills
- Dental knowledge/experience with Dentrix a plus but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Appointment scheduling (creating new appointments, rescheduling, filling appointment openings)
- Greeting patients and checking them in to the system
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Calling patients to confirm appointments
- Checking patients out by scheduling next visit and handling finances
- Posting payments to patient ledger
- Submitting insurance claims with supporting information
- Making financial arrangements with patients when necessary
- Entering treatment and presenting treatment plans
- Updating patient medical history
- Schedule marketing content via Facebook and Instagram
- Creating content to post to social media
- Organize fun contests for the team to participate in for social media
- Maintain website via partnership with web host
The hours are:
Monday: 7:30-5pm
Tuesday: 10:30-7pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 7:30am-5pm, **every other Friday 7:30am-12pm.
